Return Policy
Items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund, provided they meet the terms below.
After 30 days, the customer must contact Icom America for direct repair or replacement. Please see the chart below.
It is important that you contact us for a Return Authorization,
prior to shipping any product back to us. All returns must
be in like new condition, with the original packaging, including
all accessories and instruction booklets. Any products that
do not meet these conditions will be subject to a 15% restocking
fee. Shipping is not refundable. Outdoor antennas, software

Security/Privacy: All orders
over the web are processed via a secure 128-bit encrypted
shopping cart and run through strict fraud detection software.
All fax orders are processed over a confidential fax. We do
not share, distribute or sell any of the information we collect,
period!
Order Processing: Every attempt
is made to process all orders the same day they are received,
items may not be in stock when you order, or not available
to ship. We due our very best to stock our “most popular
items”. These are the items you see listed on our product
pages. Out of stock delays usually ship within 3-7 days, please
allow for final transit time to your location. APO/FPO and other international orders may take up to 5 days to process and ship. We will not
bill your credit card until we actually ship. Orders ship
complete unless specified. Extra shipping fees will apply
if order is not shipped complete.
Shipping: Items are Shipped via
UPS or FedEx. Either may be used by us. If you require a specific shipper please call to arrange prior to ordering. Our flat rate ground shipping to the lower 48
is $9.95. Next-Day and 2-Day Shipments must be submitted by 12:00pm Eastern Time for the order to ship the same day!You are charged the real-time UPS/Fedex published rate. We do not mark-up shipping. International shipping is also available. Please use our checkout feature to get a shipping cost for your order.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS: If you receive
a damaged parcel from UPS or FedEx, note this with the driver
and refuse the shipment. Please contact us right away. Direct Brands, LLC is not responsible for any damage whatsoever once the customer takes possesion from the delivery company.
SALES TAX: Only shipments within the state of Florida are subject to sales tax. Any shipment within Florida will be charged 6.5% state sales tax.
